At FMTI we believe that the best training happens when the trainer and the trainee interact in a friendly atmosphere and Trainers listen carefully to issues or difficulties raised by Trainees. Training has to be necessarily a two way communication exercise. Trainer on broadcast mode or reading out of a written text is strictly avoided at FMTI. Rather we use the facilitation method (or pull method), where deliverables are extended and opinions sought from Trainees. The learning has a lasting impact when the Trainee finds himself voluntarily endorsing Company policies or safety concerns. Needless to say the training approach is supplemented well by our enthusiastic faculty who are qualified, experienced and deliver with compassion plus an outstanding facility and equipment provided by the Management.
